Do I need an account?
Munch Mail accounts are not required. Customers can check out as guests. However, an account is required if you wish to place a bulk order.
Can items be added to the order after it's placed?
Unfortunately, we aren't able to add to your existing order. Please feel free to start another order, and we will combine them for you!
What countries do you ship to?
Currently we are only shipping to the United States, but Munch Mail will treat the world soon enough!
What is the return or exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products we are not allowing returns or exchanges, but do not hesitate to contact us if you have a problem!
My box is missing an item or is damaged/broken. What should I do?

What are the shipping rates?
For all shipping there is a flat fee. Depending on your location, we'll either deliver it 2-day ground for $7.99, or 2-day air for $13.99.
Where does Munch Mail ship to?
Currently we are delivering domestically to all 50 United States. However, subscribe to our newsletter and we'll keep you up to date as we add new locations!
When does my box ship and how long will it take to arrive?
In order to keep all of our awesome product fresh, we always ship 2-day. To ensure you get the best quality product, shipments are only made Monday-Thursday. Who wants soggy treats that have been sitting on a truck over the weekend?
Will tracking information be provided?
Absolutely! As soon as we delicately pack your curated box, we will send you a notification for when to expect your goodies.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged?

What payment types are accepted?
For all orders palced through the site, all major credit cards are accepted as well as Google Pay. For all bulk orders, navigate to our Munch for Business page by clicking here, and we will reach out.
Can payments be split between multiple cards or other forms of payment?
All purchases must be completed on a single form of payment. If you need to split things up, just create additional orders, or contact us help you process them.
How do I get a refund?
Do to the nature of our products, we will not be able to process any refunds at this time.
How can I get a discount, or sweet coups?
If you would like to place a bulk order, just give us a ring (1-833-63-MUNCH) and we can help you with bulk discounts.
How are taxes calculated?
We calculate taxes based on each products ship to address. If you are purchasing Munch Mail boxes for multiple address, we will automatically calculate the taxes based on where each box is going.
